I double clicked on the HP Webcam 101 icon and tried updating the driver. Windows says the driver for the webcam is up to date. I have had this problem for about a month now. Hard Reset: 1) Shutdown the computer. 2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected. 3) Remove the Battery.
